This three-hour event is an entry point to New Zealand’s innovation ecosystem, discover its unique connectedness, its novel approach to doing business, and its driving force: solving global problems.

This opening event is followed by a day and a half deep-dive into New Zealand’s unique, interconnected innovation ecosystem, featuring panels, workshops and talks hosted by companies across Auckland on varied topics from AI to design-thinking, from blockchain to the future of work.

Play by Play Conference – Wellington – 21 April 2018

A game development summit like no other, the Play by Play conference will bring game developers of all skill levels together for a full day of low-pressure learning and sharing. We aim to engage delegates with a fun, light-hearted atmosphere and a playful approach to improving our craft. This year’s theme is “voyagers” and reflects the many journeys – diegetic and real – that surround our country, our industry and our craft.

The conference is being held at the Te Wharewaka o Pōneke, Taranaki Wharf, 2 Taranaki St, Wellington. On Saturday the 21st of April. Registration for the conference opens at 8:00am and the keynote talk begins at 9:00am.
